this will factor into the form\[(x+a)(x+b)\]to find a and b we need\[a+b=11\]and\[ab=24\] so find a and b that satisfy those conditions

It's okay, we are just trying to encourage actual teaching, not answerpumping we have enough medal hunters, and they do not contribute to anything besides helping people cheat on their homework I would hope you don't want to help those people...
