A cone with a radius of 16 feet and a slant height of 27 feet is shown below. What is the surface area of this cone? Use 22/7 for pi.

    According to google, surface area of a cone = pi*r^2 + pi*( r x s ) So, surface area = (22/7) * (16^2) + (22/7) * (16 * 27) = 2162.2857 = 2162 square feet
