That's a new one. There may not be guidelines regarding that yet. Perhaps just cite it as closely as possible with respect to all the standard measures of locating the correct thing in the correct version. App name, app version, app authors (if listed?), date. And then follow the applicable style (MLA, APA, and so on) for formatting the info.
