No. By definition, micoorganisms are too small to be seen without a microscope.

Thank u Heena and Biomedstudent for replying me. U both got my point. But i'm asking about that structure which is like one string Dna with 1 nucleus.I can see that in sunlight, i try to make my eyelids come close and concentrate on front of my eyes. A colourless one string Dna like structure with one nucleus appears and only i am able to see that. it move's downwords when i keep my eye sight on it constantly. Again when i move my eyesight up it will come up and starts coming down. Please tell me whats that |dw:1332773458536:dw|thing.

Thanks for replying me BiomedStudent. I hope so. I'm surprised even you also see such thing with your eye's.

It must be a dust particle, It's quite impossible to see a MICROorganism, without a microscope. Nevertheless, there are huge yeasts, but even in order to see them you need a microcospe. Now about this extranuclear DNA particle, there's some organisms, like leishmania, that have an organelle called kinetoplast, when you were describing this DNA,it came to my mind.

Well, I know of at least one bacteria that is a millimeter wide, large enough to see with the naked eye. However, it is most likely you are just seeing the leftover particles in your eyes from before you were born. At the moment, they're not really good for anything. I hope I helped.
