this is in relation to the position of the central axis right, so does this imply that endarch can only be found in stems and not in roots?
I don't think so but i have very little knowlegde about botany so i took the liberty of finding two what i consider suitable definitions.
These are those two words per definition
endarch (adj.) Of or relating to a xylem whose early development is toward the center.
exarch (adj. Botany) Of or relating to a xylem whose early development is away from the center and toward the periphery.
