    tHE INTERCEP IS Where it cuts the y axis =5 c=5 the slope is the gradient u have points(4,0) and (0,4.5) find the gradient between these two points using y=ystep/xstep now the equation of a linear graph=y=mx+c (m is the gradient) substitute your m and c values thats your equation
