yeah right... (domain and range) but is it a function?? NO because a function cannot have two values of x for any single value of y. but here its given (4,6) and (6,6) both are. so. no.

If you had an x value that mapped to two different y values, then yes, it wouldn't be a function. But that's not the case here.
