yeah okay. so can you solve quadratic equations??? just substitute cosx with any variable, say 'm' so you get m^2-2m+1=0 so, solve this and get m and then substitute m with cosx. do the inverse to get x.

x=2n(pi), where n is any integer. because it forms: (m-1)^2=0 so, m=1 or, cosx=1 so at x=0, 2pi, 4pi, 6pi.... so, umm.. i dont think the options are correct..
