It doesn't matter. k = 1000. k is just a multiplier. So really they're in the same unit. g is the standard unit for weight. So 0.2kg just means 0.2 * 1000 * g. I don't know what you mean by "13g to 0.2kg" though.

yea...how to do the ratio of it..shud we chg it to kg or g...coz ratio need the same value..sorry of my bad english..

You can just keep it as it is if you want. Just remember that k = 1000. So you have 13 g / 0.2 * 1000 * g. Calculate that and you'll get the ratio 13g/0.2kg.
