Use the ac method. Multiply the first and last coefficients to get -120. Consider which factors of -120 can be added together to make fourteen. Substitute for the middle term, and factor by grouping. I.e.,\[15x^2-14x-8=15x^2-20x+6x-8=5x(3x-4)+2(3x-4)=(5x+2)(3x-4)\]
