I am studying differential equations from Paul's notes which is mainly focused on ODE & only one section is on PDE can anyone please guide me that what is the best website or book for PDE? And also if someone knows a good text on probability that takes reader from beginner level to higher level?

openstudy.com of course but if you do a search for pde text you might be able to find some online texts also, there are some excellent teachers that have posted on youtube
