as per i know I think that 1st option is proved log ago , 2nd option is also proved ( i think ) bcz every ither element came frm these , 3rd option is also true ( i think ) bcz without that we were never able to think things like formation of planets and stars as they were supposed to be condensed by the help of cosmic radiations so i think the option B is correct

yes universe is expanding dear...bcz when we found that some stars moved far away from each other and in the case of supernova galaxy when we saw that there was a star at a point suddenly after few years there was a big colorfull galaxy ( supernova) larger in shape so u can say universe is expanding
I'll go for the expension and the cosmic microvave background.
