It's from the Calvin Cycle. So you make your ATP using light reactions - and here light energy means electrons moved into ATP as a consequence of light activating your photosystems, and then that ATP is used in the calvin cycle. This cycle takes in atmospheric carbon and will ultimately make sugars, but it does so using the ATP generated via the light-based reactions.
