what is not taxaction without representantion mean ?

    The basic idea is that the the Colonists had no representation in Parlement. King George continued to tax the colonies without their consent- seeing that the colonists had no one to express their voice back in England. So in other words- Don't tax me because its not fair (since i don't have a say in it!)
