all three angles total to 180 so if two angles are x - then 3rd one is x-33 per the statement add all angles up and solve for x

In a triangle the sum of all the angles is 180, Let the three angles be A, B and C so \[A+B+C=180\] and We are given that one angle let A be less than 33 the other two. So other two are equal \[B=C\] and \[B-33=C-33=A\] so we have A=B-33 C=B Let's substitute this here \[A+B+C=180\] \[B-33+B+B=180\] \[3B=213\] \[B=71\] so \[B=C=71\] \[A=B-33=71-33=38\] We get \[A=38, B=71, C=71\]
