in x axis find such point where function cannot be defined, remove them, you have your domain

for x>3, x-2 and x-3 are >0 hence Ix-2I = x-2 and Ix-3I = x-3 so Ix-2I + Ix-3I = x-2 + x-3 = 2x-6 so plot the graph of y=2x-6 for x>3 similarly, for 20 Ix-2I = x-2 and x-3<0 so Ix-3I = -(x-3) = 3-x so Ix-2I + Ix-3I = 1 so plot y=1 for 2
