I'm trying to learn the concept of lagrange multipliers. Can someone help me with the best/simplest material to do that. I do have some background of linear programming. Was an expert in calculus 10 years ago! So, needs some brushing up as well. Any advice would help.

thanks folks! both were really useful. Now, I've to figure out the application of lagrangian multipliers. Any of you know how it would be implemented in python?
