Was there ever a time where we had a space without time or a place where time existed nowhere?

But I wanna say one thing more here. space-time is a composite. I don't know if there which could be spaceless or even timeless. So wihtout a time our universe or you can say that space will just a snapshot. I hope you can estimate my statement above.
