I suppose you could do something that combines the major elements of what it represented - cargo planes from the West flying over Communist-held East Germany to reach West Berlin's freedom loving citizens - and then play off of those. The main thing is to have fun with the question. If it seems like propaganda, it wouldn't be so much of a bad thing. Remember, the Cold War was in full swing - it was us versus the "Reds". Here are a few examples: One idea you could play with is in having cargo crates being dropped from overhead with the word "Freedom" painted on each one as Communism looks on, unable to stop it with happy hands from West Berlin reaching up to grab them being only a few ideas.
