do you have to simplify, factorize or is that an equation (you just might forgot equal sign :P ) what you have to do here?? :)

then you have... (w-3)(w-2) .... you can also use the quadratic formula for these kind of problems... but sometimes you can do it only by heart :P LOL

\[\LARGE x_{1/2}=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}\] this is the formula for quadratic equations... now you just substitute, a=1 b=6 and c=5
