How can i create a formula that will tell me how many people are in the us if 1/4th of the people equal 57.7 million

    Let x be the total population then \(\frac{1}{4}x=57.7\). Now use this equation to find the value of x.

    Thank you but how do I create formula in excel? and caculate the total number of people. Also how can I create a pie chart to reflect this/ Thanks.
