It’s always 1 to 6, it's always 15 to 20, it's always 5, but it's never 21, unless it's flying. What is this?

    1 to 6 is its number 15 to 20 is its sum of number always 5 coz one of its face is on the table which cannot be been but when it is flying, we can see all its faces

    1+2+3+4+5+6=21 if it is not flying, we cannot see all faces. Then, we cannot sum all the numbers. If it is flying, we can see all faces. We can sum 1 to 6 which is 21
