ask him nicely not to block you.

Can u explain batman way? I didn't understand it. But how can we ask him nicely? No testimonials and messages possible now.
@NotTim please help me. I am getting worried.
@lgbasallote please help.
who exactly is this person?
@NotTim , now u must have known who that person is.
Hi Aadarsh, you are correct - if you are blocked you cannot become their fan or send them testimonials. If NotTim does, in fact, know of a way to get around that we'll figure it out and block it after it is utilized and reported.
The only way around this is to have them unblock you. Or try to talk to them in chat.
Thanks a lot for ur response, but I hope some mechanism is evolved so that I may be unblocked. @farmdawgnation
@KatrinaKaif please post ur response also.
There will be no such mechanism evolved. Those people will also not be notified if you try to @-mention them. This is intentional. Blocking is a way that users can control who gets in touch with them, and there is no way that will change unless you convince that user to change it.
