Think back to the story "Told in the Drooling Ward." Write a problem-solution essay in which you propose a solution to discrimination against special needs individuals. To show that you know the story well, use examples from the story as evidence or arguments to support your ideas. In this prompt, "discrimination" is used to say that people are separating special needs individuals from what is considered "normal". It contains the connotation that "normal" people are persecuting the special needs individuals. :)
