Hi @Ashlee0001 - the TEDx talks stand for 'Technology, Education, and Design' and usually get people from many different walks of life and industries to speak on a topic. For TEDx San Jose (the one Preetha is speaking at), the theme is 'Pay it Forward.' OpenStudy is there to show people how many people have been helped, and how they can help as well (the whole 'Take 10 mins to Teach 10 people'). The TEDx talks are always great, and you can actually check them out on NetFlix now I believe, as well as on YouTube. Hopefully this answers your question (and gets you totally excited for Preetha's talk ;)!
