A good way for practicing (i found it useful) is to watch movies (no subs) and listen to music in the foreign language you are studying :D

Rosetta stone is a good way to learn, but it's expensive. You could also get a Spanish friend to practice with you.

Maybe if you could meet someone spanish that could help you out. It would be good if you could talk to somebody knowing that language, so u could practise. or maybe u can take lessons on a free site, like: http://www.livemocha.com/ - it's a good social network, see by yourself!
