Can someone please explain to me the relationship between torque and angular acceleration? I know the equation I just want another explanation.

    Well torque is rotational analogous to force, the equation that relates the two is - \[\tau. net = I.\alpha\]

    If you do understand F = m.a for translational motion, torque equation says the same thing for rotation.
