Use the FOIL method. Multiply the First units, the Outside units, the Inside units, and the Last units.

    Like they said ^^ use the FOIL method. It's easy: x times x = x^2 x times 7 = 7x 1 times x = x 1 times 7 = 7 So you have x^2 +7x + x+7 add the like terms 7x + x = 8x Final answer is x^2+8x+7 :))
