Continuing from what I previously mentioned, The OS needs to have a set of predefined enforced guidelines. I have seen your guidelines but many people don't follow it. I have seen many people just asking for answers for the sake of solving the question, basically for online tests and there are many users looking for medals who promptly give the answer. This is very unfortunate but true. I will show you an example. http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/4fa3e83ee4b029e9dc346b66 . I have seen another forum ( physicsforums.com ) and they have really effectively enforced this rule. See here -->http://physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=94379 This really is the aim of OS and I think that OS should be looking to enforce this upon the users here.
I wiil keep updating this post with such links where answers have been directly given without any discussion: http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/4fa43447e4b029e9dc34becd
you should report such users who just give out answer
