The expression should be: \(\Large \color{purple}{\rightarrow 3(23) }\) But, to make it confusing, they've made it: \(\Large \color{purple}{\rightarrow 3(20 + 3) }\) If we 20 + 3 = 23, right? You can even solve both and you get the same answer :)
