Just for fun - i found this question in a puzzle book - explain why numbers of the form ABABAB where A and B are positive whole numbers are divisible by 7.

    are A and B digets in a single number, or are they terms in a product?

    its because 10101 is a factor of all these numbers (e.g. 484848) and 10101 is a multiple of 7
