    use tan rule \[\tan \theta = \frac{opp}{adj}\] tan 70 = O/4 tan 70 * 4 = opposite(AB)

    here is what i get to choose from A) sec 70 degrees over 4 B) 4 over sec 70 degrees C) cot 70 degrees over 4 B) 4 over cot 70 degrees

    @zaphod is correct but there is more than 1 way to write it: 4*tan40 = 4 / (1/tan40)) = 4/cot70.
