(4x^2 + 4x + 4)(4x^2 -4x + 4) = 4(x^2 + 4x + 4) * 4(x^2 -4x + 4) right?

    Nope. You almos had it though Its: 4(x^2 + x + 1) * 4(x^2 -x + 1)

    you forgot to take out the other 4's. If you try to put 4 back in the way you had it, it would not look like the original
