The tent shown below is on display at a toy store. What is the total surface area of the tent in square feet? Assume no material is used on the bottom of the tent. The picture will be posted below.

    Since all the sides are in pairs: the total surface area should be the sum, 2*(4ft*9ft) + 2*(4ft*6ft) + 2*(5ft*9ft) + 2* (1/2 * 4ft*5ft) Sum it up and that should be your answer!
