'I rant, therefore I am.' I saw this quote somewhere in a magazine. I don't remember by whom but does anyone know what it means?

It is a play on words of possibly the most famous quote in philosophy by Rene Descartes: "I think, therefore I am." This person apparently not only thinks, but "rants" - expresses his or her views long and vociferously.
