@sofiastahniv you can learn English online , but you may have to spend some money for that.There are certain sites which may provide you with free English learning.Another way of learning English is by reading and listening ,after having base which i think you have.BEST OF LUCK @sofiastahniv......

First of all, you have to start watch movies and TV shows in original with subtitles Second - Start to learn English with audio lessons like Pimsleur. Third - Start to learn 5000 most usable words via soft on your phone. 4th - Read, read and again read (phone soft (like DICT) will help you with translations of unfamiliar words) 5th - Speak, speak and again speak - via Internet or with guests of your city.
