A Tenor Ukelele's frets are more spread out then a Concert's. This makes it easier to play narrow chords, but requires more stretching. Tenors are usually more bigger than Concert Ukes, and I personally like the sound of a Concert Ukelele better than a Tenor's. You can always go to a music store like Guitar Center and ask to check them out to find more differences. :) (I own a Concert Uke, and yes I play it :))
