Some steps in a geometric construction done by Lohan are shown below. The arcs at A and B are drawn from points L and M. What will be the result of Lohan’s construction? Any segment drawn on points A and B will be parallel to segment LM. Lengths of segment LM and a segment drawn from A to B will always be the same. Points A and B will be closer to point L than to point M. A segment drawn from A to B will bisect segment LM at 90°.
