Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0That is a rather large subject that you'll constantly be learning in every engineering course in a program. Perhaps you'd like to choose a particular statistics method if you are working on some sort of paper? I've always found the Monte Carlo Method to be a really awesome subject; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monte_Carlo_method#Engineering
