My work: 2X+1>9 2X+1<9

My answers:
x>4 X<5
But what doesnt make sense is that X is greater than four but at the same time less than 5 I dont think I did this right!

think of it as : X is greater than 4 \(\textbf{some times and, }\)X is less than 5 \(\textbf{some other times !}\)
