    (y-y1)=1/3(x-x1) y-(1)=1/3(x-(-2)) y-1 = 1/3(x+2) y-1=1/3x + 1/3(2) y-1 = 1/3x + 2/3 y= 1/3x + 2/3 +1 combine like terms and that is your answer @jkev1
