What do you need to have in order to add and subtract fractions directly using the denominators?

\[\Large \frac{3}{x}+\frac{3}{x+1}-\frac{3}{x+2}\] Multiply everything by 1 in one form or another so that the denominator for all 3 fractions is (x)(x+1)(x+2).
