I think it would be better if you came up with your own topics. When in the SAT test you don't get help with that and you only have 25 minutes to write a full essay. If you get help during the practice SAT you might not be ready for the real SAT. What you could do is write the essay during the time limit for the practice, then get someone to read it and tell you what you need to improve. :)
