Let me first start off by saying that you have an amazingly original username. Anyways, the key simplification here has to do with rationalization of the denominator.
\[\LARGE{\frac{y}{x}\sqrt{\frac{1}{2y}}}\] \[\LARGE{\frac{y}{x}\frac{\sqrt{1}}{\sqrt{2y}}}\]
So as the guy above me showed, You get sqrt(y)/(x*sqrt(2)*sqrt(y))

sqrt y 's cancel, and to rationalize the sqrt two you multiply the numerator and denom by root 2
