    i think so. the question asks that you simplify and really there isn't more roo for simplifying too.

    you see as i said its the same 4/y-^3 = 4y^3 since thats the case . its already simplified. if your been asked to have No negative exponents than what yiu have selected is correct. my answer is: its already simple.
