Can someone plzzz suggest me gud tutorials on C++ and Java so that I can become fluent in both of the languages.

    i think lynda.com provides excellent video tutorial ... for c++ and java.

    video tutorial are good orientation ... take up few challenging projects ask for help in here http://stackoverflow.com/ though they downvote seriously ...

    also you need to have knowledge about databases ... if you are doing some projects that simulate some kind of commercial system.

    http://thenewboston.org/ is very helpful website.You can get video tutorials from this site.Also www.cplusplus.com is the best site to learn C++.Moreover if you are beginner in c++ then i would suggest a group on facebook www.facebook.com/groups/programmingforall . i am not advertising the group.Actually we created a online environment to learn and to help each other in c++.so u can join this
