Except that water pollution isn't actually part of the water cycle. You would actually have a decrease in evaporation. Think about it : Have you ever noticed that when it rains in a city, there's always flooding in the streets and puddles in the pavement? That's because there's nothing to absorb the water, so it stays above the ground. Hope that helps. :)
i think the answer of first question is increase in transpiration the more plant will absorb more water from earth and it will definately affect water cycle the answer to the second question is infiltration
