you mean for singing??? if yes heres a tip. believe it or not, what you it can affect your voice specially heavy liquids like soda and alcohol. you can start with A note. by learning how this sounds will help you a lot with the other notes. there is this instrument retro tuning you can find it on the android market that has this A note sound. believe me if you know A it will be easier for you know every other note.Well this is an advice for singing in tune. And to improve you voice, all it takes is practice daily and try reading this! it might help you..http://www.wikihow.com/Learn-to-Sing

Pickle juice. It gives you more air to breath than water and it makes the songs sound better like "blah blah *breath* blah blah". Or, any kind of herbal tea works best before, and sing throughout the day alot.

Before singing I usually just drink lots of water, it clears my throat. Fruits and Veggies are good before singing but not too many. Citrus fruits are about the only things I dare to eat before singing. Things to really stay away from are: Candy & Soft Drinks. Cheese, milk and any other dairy product. Also, no greasy or fatty foods. Aand that's about it. Sorry for my rambling, lol, hope this helped.
