h(x)=3x+7 Degree of the polynomial is the degree of the term of the polynomial that has the highest degree. You have two terms: 3x and +7. The degree of 3x is the exponent of the variable. The degree of +7 is also the exponent of the variable which is 0. The leading term is 3x. What is the coefficient?
