    u can use property of similar triangles(as cross section is parallel to base) let the unknown side be x 6/(6+9)=x/15 find x,the perimeter is 4x.....as cross section is square...

    (6/15)*15 = x. After finding x, multiply it by 4 (perimeter of square.)
